Surrogacy Process

What’s the Process to Become a Surrogate?

We’ve made the process simple, safe, and fully supported — from your first application to the moment you help create a family and bring new life into the world.

“I’m 23 years old, and have a family of my own, so I know the excitement of being a parent. I think every couple who wants a family deserves it. If I could help them accomplish that, it’d be a great experience for everybody involved. I’m very family oriented and couldn’t imagine not being able to produce a child.

This experience gives individuals that are unable to carry a child the opportunity to experience parenthood. The compensation is also a plus. It will help secure a future for my family”

Step-by-Step: How The Surrogacy Process Works

Here’s how the journey unfolds f rom your first click to the moment you help create a family:

Apply Online

Complete a short application to see if you meet the basic requirements. It only takes 2–3 minutes, and we’ll review it within 1–2 business days.

Prescreening & Medical Evaluation

You’ll go through a prescreening process that includes a medical history review, psychological evaluation, and lab work to ensure surrogacy is safe and right for you.

Get Matched With Intended Parents

Once approved, we’ll help you match with intended parents based on your preferences. Every match is mutual — you’ll meet and agree to move forward together.

Legal Agreements

You’ll have your own attorney to review the surrogacy contract and ensure your rights and interests are protected. The contract outlines compensation, responsibilities, and expectations — and all legal fees are covered by the intended parents.

Start IVF & Embryo Transfer

You’ll begin a cycle of fertility medication to prepare your body for the embryo transfer — a safe, outpatient procedure. Our team will support you every step of the way.

Pregnancy & Delivery

Once the pregnancy is confirmed, you’ll continue with regular prenatal care and full support f rom our medical and surrogate care team. After delivery, the baby goes home with the intended parents — and you’ll receive your final compensation. Many surrogates go on to refer others or advocate for surrogacy — continuing to help create families.

You’ll be supported, respected, and guided through every stage of this life-changing journey.

Weeks 3–6: Screening & Medical Evaluations

Weeks 6–10: Matching With Intended Parents

We’ll help you match with intended parents based on your preferences. Once both sides agree, the legal process begins.

Weeks 10–14: Legal Contracts Finalized

Your attorney will review the contract with you. Once signed, you’ll begin preparing for the embryo transfer.

Weeks 14–18: IVF Medications & Embryo Transfer

You’ll start a short IVF cycle and complete the embryo transfer. A pregnancy test follows 10–14 days later.
